Now operating as "Nature's Whole Food", the business began as "Yarra Natural Health Foods" trading out of the Yarra Valley Shopping Centre in Lilydale. The original aim was to provide you with an extensive range of health foods, specializing in providing for the needs of those with food intolerances, who may be looking for things like gluten free foods, wheat free foods, dairy free, fructose free, sugar free and so on. 

Yarra Natural Health Foods was also an innovator in having an in-store therapy room, providing alternative therapies like Naturopathy, Nutrition, Remedial / Relaxation Massage, Thought Field Therapy, Reiki Healing, Spiritual Healing, Chakra Balancing, Tarot Cards, Past Life Regression, Colour Healing, Crystal Healing, Ear Candling  and Horstmann Technique.

Nature's Whole Food will be continuing to offer a range of Therapies and will also stock many of the items you were familiar with at Yarra Natural Health Foods (if you can't find something on our shelves, please let us know and we will try to order it in for you).

However, the focus of Nature's Whole Food has also shifted a little. While continuing to do many things as before, it was decided to emphasize local and regional products wherever possible - much like a Non-stop Farmers' Market - to support local producers and manufacturers.

Nature's Whole Food is now open at its new location - 11 Castella St Lilydale - and with a new name to reflect the revised business focus we are the place to go if you want to ensure your family has the best and healthiest food everyday.
